Product Description

The Vectron-Tech R-550D Double Stations Router Machine is purpose-built to solve the productivity limitations of single-station PCB depaneling. By incorporating a left-and-right dual-station architecture, the R-550D allows operators to load and unload PCB panels on one station while the other continues routing — eliminating idle spindle time and enabling virtually continuous production flow.

Dust and debris management is handled by an advanced negative pressure vacuuming system. Unlike conventional surface-level suction, the R-550D positions its vacuum outlet directly beneath the fixture. This creates a negative pressure zone inside the fixture itself — pulling cutting dust, smoke, and swarf downward and away from the PCB surface the instant it is generated. The result is a genuinely clean cut environment that protects populated assemblies from contamination without requiring an external dust collection unit.

For manufacturers moving towards Industry 4.0 and smart factory integration, the R-550D comes equipped with a barcode reading and upload system. Each PCB panel or job can be identified automatically via barcode scan, enabling real-time production tracking, traceability, and direct integration with MES or ERP systems — all without manual data entry.
