Product Description

The R-350M Series Module Router from Vectron-Tech is purpose-built for offline PCB depaneling applications in SMT electronics assembly lines. It operates on a CNC-controlled XY table system, allowing operators to program custom routing paths that precisely follow the tab or contour profile of each PCB panel design. Once programmed, the machine delivers consistent, repeatable separations cycle after cycle — reducing operator dependency and minimising the risk of board damage.

Unlike V-cut depaneling machines that use shear blades, the R-350M uses a rotating router bit to cut along the board edge. This method produces significantly less mechanical stress on the PCB and its components, making it the preferred choice for boards with taller components close to the cut line, fine-pitch BGAs, or fragile solder joints.

The integrated vacuum dust extraction system draws FR4 fibreglass dust away from the cutting zone immediately, keeping both the machine internals and the PCB surface clean during operation. The modular fixture design allows the machine to accommodate a range of PCB panel sizes, and fixtures can be swapped between product runs with minimal changeover time.

Powered by AC 380V 3-phase supply and weighing approximately 200 kg, the R-350M is a robust production-grade machine designed for long-term industrial use.
