Powered by AI deep learning algorithms and equipped with an 80kV closed-type X-ray tube, this system ensures reliable counting even for ultra-small components such as 01005 chips — achieving up to 99.99% accuracy in under 10 seconds.
The system’s AI deep learning algorithm automatically identifies component types without pre-binding. It learns key geometric and visual features — such as aspect ratio, edge angle, and contour deformation — to continuously enhance accuracy with each use.
