DSP 825HF is a leading lead-free, no clean, halogen-free, temperature stable solder paste
compatible with a wide range of lead-free alloys including Qualiteks patented Ecolloy Alloy.
DSP825HF provides a superior fluxing activity level with excellent wetting. Wide reflow
process window combined with high thermal stability yield solder joints with smooth
surfaces. In addition, DSP 825HF offers consistent printing characteristics combined with
long stencil and tack life to accommodate high speed printing. This material yields
excellent brick like printing characteristics across various board designs and is excellent for
ultra-fine pitch. Flux classification is ROL0 per J-STD-004B. Alloys exceed impurity
requirements of J-STD-006 and all other relative international standards.
