Product overview

A desktop automated dispensing system can be defined as a system that provides computer-controlled dispensing. The ability to connect the machine to a computer simplifies programming, whether you’re dispensing dots, lines, circles, arcs, or compound paths.

Another benefit of computer-controlled dispensing is full system integration. The closed-loop motor, linear encoders, CCD fiducial recognition, and laser height sensing of the substrate allow the machine to automatically adjust programs to compensate for both surface height variations and product orientation differences.

With automated dispensing machines, you can dispense virtually any fluid using a syringe barrel, dispense valve, jetting valve, or other types of dispensing devices. This flexibility allows manufacturers to configure machines for a wide range of applications, from inline to batch dispensing operations.
Built with a rigid aluminum alloy frame and powered by stepper motor + precision guide rail system, it delivers stable operation, high repeat accuracy (±0.02 mm), and smooth trajectory control for dots, lines, arcs, and circles.

Equipped with CCD visual positioning, a touch-type LCD control panel, and teaching/graph import programming, this model allows operators to achieve fast setup and intuitive path programming.
Its universal 220 V input, pneumatic lift, and belt transmission make it highly adaptable for a wide range of industrial adhesive, coating, and encapsulation applications.
