The Selective Coating Machine is an advanced system designed for precise, automated coating and fluid dispensing in electronic manufacturing. Built on a rigid three-axis motion platform, it delivers consistent, repeatable performance for applications that require high accuracy, process control, and flexibility.

This system supports selective conformal coating, potting, bead, and meter-mix dispensing with a variety of materials, including acrylic, silicone, polyurethane, and UV coatings. The machine can be configured for both inline and batch operations, making it suitable for medium to high-volume production lines.

Equipped with closed-loop servo motors, optical encoders, and intelligent process control, the system ensures precise coating thickness, uniform coverage, and stable operation even under demanding conditions.
Optional features such as tilt-and-rotate 4th-axis motion, active vision alignment, and substrate heating further enhance flexibility when dealing with complex geometries or sensitive components.

The integrated PathMaster® software allows for easy offline programming, image-based path generation, and automatic program adjustment. Users can quickly set up coating patterns—dots, lines, curves, or complex shapes—directly from CAD or image files, significantly improving efficiency and reducing setup time.
